Job Description

As a Senior Executive Assistant in Commercial and Investment Bank, you will manage a demanding and dynamic calendar and international travel, ensuring efficient use of executives’ time. Partnering with key stakeholders such as Business Managers, Finance, and Communications teams, you will track and organize deliverables, prepare for client visits, plan complex market visits, and prepare communications and presentations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all contact with the public, clients, and staff through the executive’s office
  • Manage extensive and complex calendar
  • Facilitate interactions with executive-level clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Leverage tools such as LLM and Teams to prepare for meetings and maximize communication efficiency
  • Work closely with Business Manager on various tasks, produce succinct minutes, and highlight key themes from senior meetings
  • Coordinate and organize senior meetings, draft communications and presentations, including agenda setting, material preparation, and logistics
  • Provide site support for local office needs and partner with colleagues for backup and floor support
  • Arrange and maintain extensive travel plans and itineraries for international and domestic trips
  • Plan and lead events as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Strong personal leadership and ability to work independently in a demanding, changing environment
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience supporting executive leadership in large organizations
  • Exceptional travel planning skills and knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Project management experience
  • Proven ability to plan large and complex events
  • Background in client-facing sales and financial services
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong JPMorgan institutional knowledge and ability to navigate the firm
  • Experience leveraging technology to improve efficiency
  • This role requires five days in the office (Mon - Fri); no hybrid options available
