Qualifications

Insurity's Next Senior Executive Assistant

The Senior Executive Assistant will help provide C-Suite Executive support to our Chief Legal Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and help where needed. The Senior Executive Assistant with prepare reports, manage the calendars of the C-Suite they will support, and coordinate travel.

What Our Senior Executive Assistant Will Do

  • Provide proactive, efficient, accurate, and confidential administrative support to contribute to the success of the C-Suite Executives and senior management
  • Serve as the C-Suite Executive's administrative liaison to the Senior Executive Team manage Senior Leader activities, which may include meetings, events, preparing and distributing materials, and travel
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including:
    • Overseeing calendar scheduling
    • Coordinating travel
    • Communicating with participants
    • Maintaining and distributing agendas
    • Taking and distributing meeting minutes
    • Tracking follow-ups with participants
  • Prepare timely expense reports
  • Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools
  • Develop and maintain an index of key contacts
  • Organize and maintain files for the C-suite Executives in a complete, accurate, and timely fashion and suggest system changes to meet needs
  • Respond to complex inquiries and screen correspondence calls and visitors in a proactive and independent fashion


Who We're Looking For
  • 7+ years Executive Assistant experience
  • High School Diploma (equivalent work experience may be considered)
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Written and oral English communication
  • Time management including work planning, prioritization, and organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks
  • Self-starter and quick learner

Along with the benefits listed above, the part-time (24 hours / week) salary range for this role is $30 - $45 / hour, commensurate with experience.
