Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant insurance P&C business experience.
• Casualty expertise across Workers' Comp, Auto, General Liability, and Umbrella/Excess.
• Strong carrier relationships and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Review clients’ exposures and loss experience to develop renewal and placement strategies.
• Lead the marketing process by preparing submissions, negotiating with carriers, evaluating quotes, and presenting coverage and pricing to clients.
• Manage the placement lifecycle, including order-to-bind activities, policy reviews, program accuracy, and underwriting requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, underwriters, and Aon's National Casualty Practice to deliver service and market insights.
• Provide insights on market conditions, carrier appetites, pricing trends, and emerging coverage developments to support client decision-making.
