Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Broker for Construction Casualty in a hybrid role that can be based in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City or St. Louis. You will broker and consult for a diversified client base with underwriters in the Casualty field.

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, designing coverage solutions, negotiating with carriers, and leading submissions while maintaining client relationships and delivering superior service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years construction/infrastructure customer service and brokerage experience.
• Broker License required.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Proven carrier relationships and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and design solutions with carriers to secure favorable coverage.
• Develop and manage client relationships and insurance marketing strategies.
• Act as trusted advisor in broking, design, selling and servicing complex accounts.
• Coordinate submission information with clients and team members.
• Review quotes and binders to ensure appropriate coverage.
