TIC – The Industrial Company seeks a Lead role to effectively guide and manage crew daily activities and production in line with project timelines, plans, specs, codes and industry standards, providing training on safety and procedures.

You will supervise trades, coordinate equipment, maintain records, assist in weekly scheduling, and ensure safe, timely completion of work while upholding quality workmanship and project cost targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform task planning and convey safety practices.
• Strong scheduling, cost management, and reporting understanding.
• Clear written and verbal communication with crew under supervision.
• Good communicator, motivator and team player.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain accurate reporting records: job quantities, productivity, timesheets, daily reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities for the crew.
• Complete work within estimated costs while preserving quality workmanship.
• Ensure safety rules are followed by all crew members.
