Job summary

KBR seeks a Senior Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer to support NAVAIR/PEO(U&W) programs including MQ-9 MAGTF UAS. You will lead integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment of advanced EW systems and payloads, collaborating with government, industry, test teams, and fleet stakeholders to ensure mission-ready capabilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 12+ years in aerospace/EW, and an active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in design, integration, testing, deployment, or sustainment of EW/defense systems.
• Experience supporting systems engineering activities including requirements development, architecture development, integration, verification, validation, or test.
• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EW subject matter expert providing technical recommendations for acquisition, integration, fielding, and sustainment decisions.
• Provide technical leadership for integration, testing, certification, and sustainment of EW payloads on MQ-9 MUX MALE platform.
• Develop, decompose, trace, and manage EW system requirements across aircraft, payload, ground control station, and mission system architectures.
• Support development and assessment of ES, EA, and EP capabilities.
