Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert to guide EW capabilities and threat representations for OT&E in defense systems. The role requires 10+ years of EW experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and the ability to maintain a Secret Clearance.

Travel to Huntsville, AL and other US destinations will be required. You will provide expert guidance on EW strategies, lead assessments of technologies, and support doctrine and policy development while coordinating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.
• 10+ years experience with threat representation.
• 10+ years experience with electronic warfare techniques.
• Possess (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Present/brief EW tasker problem set findings.
• Provide expert knowledge on EW systems, capabilities, and strategies for OT&E.
• Lead assessments of current and emerging EW technologies for integration and effectiveness.
• Advise senior leadership on EW-related threats, capabilities, and countermeasures across environments.
• Support development of EW doctrine, procedures, and policies.
• Assist in project management including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and external organizations to ensure requirements.
• Review project documentation and monitor performance, propose solutions.
