Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking a Senior Integration & Test Engineer to develop advanced testing methods for software and systems in support of EW and UAS technologies. You will work with cross-disciplinary teams to create automated and manual tests and validate performance in real-world scenarios.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong Python scripting, with opportunities to influence test strategies and participate in customer testing across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or related fields.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with systems integration, test plans, and test procedures.
• Applied knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with independence to overcome technical challenges.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
• Experience with test automation software and development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with on-site and distributed teams to support EW and UAS product development.
• Develop and execute automated unit, integration, and regression tests across products.
• Assist with manual integration and regression tests when required for EW/UAS applications.
• Perform engineering dry runs and formal customer testing on-site and off-site.
• Analyze data, support trade studies, and prepare detailed test briefings.
