Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UAS integration testing or a related field.
• Experience developing flight test plans and risk assessments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize work.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test infrastructure and test procedures.
• Lead the generation and execution of test procedures for UAS platforms.
• Manage all phases of product flight and ground tests.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers.
• Write safe, maintainable test procedures and training programs.
