Job summary

KBR seeks a Senior Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer to support NAVAIR's PMA-266 program and MQ-9 MAGTF UAS. You will lead integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment of EW systems across aircraft, payloads, and mission systems.

Responsibilities include requirements management, architecture decomposition, ES/EA/EP capability assessments, and coordinating lab, ground, and flight tests with stakeholders to ensure mission readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• 12+ years in design, integration, acquisition, testing, deployment, or sustainment of complex aerospace, EW, RF, or defense systems.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EW subject matter expert; provide technical recommendations for acquisition, integration, fielding, and sustainment decisions.
• Lead integration, testing, certification, and sustainment of EW payloads and mission systems on MQ-9 MUX MALE platform.
• Develop and manage EW system requirements across aircraft, payload, ground control, and mission system architectures.
• Support ES, EA, and EP capabilities development, integration, and assessment.
• Perform trade studies and analyses of alternatives for EW technologies and architectures.
• Coordinate electromagnetic spectrum operations and spectrum certification activities.
