Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer to lead the integration, testing, and sustainment of advanced EW systems for the MQ-9 MAGTF unmanned aircraft family. The role focuses on ensuring mission-critical EW capabilities meet performance and safety requirements for fielding and operations.

Ideal candidates have extensive EW and systems engineering experience, a U.S. security clearance, and a strong track record in defense programs and collaboration with government and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is required.
• 12+ years of experience in EW, defense systems, or related aerospace domains.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility. U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide EW SME guidance for acquisition, integration, fielding, and sustainment decisions.
• Lead integration, testing, certification, and sustainment of EW payloads on MQ-9 MUX MALE platform.
• Develop and trace EW requirements across aircraft, payload, ground control stations, and mission systems.
• Support ES/EA/EP capability development, testing, and certification activities.
• Conduct trade studies and analyses of alternatives for EW technologies and architectures.
• Coordinate spectrum certification and RF compatibility assessments to meet standards.
