Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience or Master’s with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain a program schedule in scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate EVMS scheduling process, tools and training for programs.
• Ensure best practice scheduling support for the team.
• Develop high-quality schedule artifacts and SRAs for program baselines.
• Provide startup support and kickoff packages for new programs.
• Fortify team planning data and activity durations.
• Coordinate automated scheduling tools for IMS files.
• Disseminate guidance on schedule analysis and reporting (CP, SRA, health metrics).
• Support major proposals and pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with functional leadership for integrated efforts.
