Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Oklahoma City seeks a Manager Program Control 2 to lead EVMS and cost/schedule management for the Air Dominance division. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Business and extensive EVMS experience, with travel up to 10% and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

You will supervise, coach, and perform cost control analysis, delivering accurate EACs and variance reports while coordinating with the program office and external audits.

Qualifications

• Experience with EVMS and financial analysis on government contracts.
• Experience with EVMS tools and cost controls.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10%.
• Active Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision including performance goals, reviews, and timecard approvals.
• Develop employee skills and perform EVMS analysis, cost reports, and EAC reviews.
• Support IBRs, DCMA JSR audits, and related reviews.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of contract deliverables (CFSR, CSDR, IPMR, CWBS).
• Interface with program office, leadership and auditors on EVMS tasks and measures.
