Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking two Program Cost and Schedule Control Analysts (Level 2) in Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA to support the Cost Management organization. The role involves on-site work with a hybrid schedule and a focus on earned value management and cost performance reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience (or a master's), can work on-site in a hybrid model, and has the ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting or related field; 2 years' experience or Master's degree.
• Hybrid on-site work schedule in Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA; ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis.
• Develop and maintain EVM-based performance measurement baselines and variance analyses.
• Support budgets, schedules, ETC/EAC, and monthly reporting including IPMR and CDRLs.
• Utilize SAP, Cobra, BW, and MS Office tools to prepare financial reports and insights.
