Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. in Germantown, MD seeks a Senior Program Control Analyst to join the finance team supporting multiple programs.

You will apply earned value management concepts, analyze contract performance, and ensure compliance with government contracting rules while coordinating with KO, COR, COTR, PMs, and subcontractors. The role requires a Bachelor's with 12+ years (or a Master’s with 8+ years) in project control, proficiency with MS Office, Cobra, and Unanet, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of twelve (12) years of related project control experience.
• Master’s degree and minimum of eight (8) years of project control experience.

Responsibilities

• Review contract terms and ensure compliance across multiple contract types.
• Responsible for quality, cost control, timeliness and business relations across awarded TOs.
• Establish and maintain time-phased cost/schedule baselines and enforce change control.
• Prepare manpower and non-labor forecasts and assist in resource planning.
• Forecast, monitor, and update program revenue and contract value.
