Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst to join the finance team and support multiple programs. You will apply earned value management techniques to ensure cost and schedule performance across diverse contracts and coordinate with government and AV teams.

The role requires extensive experience in program control, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff. ITAR compliance and security clearance are prerequisites for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of twelve (12) years of related project control experience
• Master’s degree and minimum of eight (8) years of project control experience
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Cobra, and Unanet

Responsibilities

• Review and understand contract terms and conditions for various contract types and ensure compliance
• Responsible for quality of product and services, cost control, timeliness and business relations across awarded TO(s)
• Establish and maintain time-phased cost/schedule baseline and enforce change control
• Prepare manpower and non-labor forecasts and assist in resource planning
• Forecast, monitor, and update program revenue
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports for status communications
• Produce and validate IPMRs and status reports for customers and management
• Mentor and coach Program Control Analysts
