Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace is hiring a Senior Program Analyst in Windsor Locks, CT, to support the Earned Value Management System (EVMS). You will conduct business plans, EV calculations, data deliverables, and analysis of program metrics to ensure compliance with Military and Government reporting requirements.

The role is hybrid, onsite in Windsor Locks with time split between location and leadership guidance. Relevant EVMS experience and strong analytical abilities are essential for career growth

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Execute EVMS-based program plans and EV calculations for Program Management.
• Support analysis of program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals.
• Collect information to develop accurate program estimates to monitor EV performance.
• Provide EV plans and other inputs to control and manage reporting systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
