Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks an SM3 IIA Underlayer Lead within the Finance Program Cost Controls team to drive program financial performance, ensure contractual compliance, and support decision-making.

You will partner with program management and functional leadership to align cost, schedule, and performance goals, lead EVM program controls, and mentor peers on financial data analysis and quarterly EACs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant DoD program cost control experience.
• Experience with IPMDAR/IPMAR, CSDR, and CFSR deliverables is preferred.
• Strong EVM, EACs, FP&A experience and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to present briefings to customers and management.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.

Responsibilities

• Drive program financial performance and compliance with contract requirements.
• Partner with program management to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Lead cost-plus EVM controls and quarterly EACs.
• Forecast finances including AOP, LRP, and R&O management.
• Provide financial insights to stakeholders and deliver monthly performance reports.
