Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Program Manager to lead cost-plus contractual EVM controls for a DoD program in Tucson. You will coordinate financial data, develop EACs, and partner with internal and external stakeholders on forecasting and planning.

The role requires DoD program experience, experience with EVM, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. On-site in Tucson; relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or business; or equivalent experience (8+ years).
• Experience with DoD contracts and external deliverables (IPMDAR/IPMAR, CSDR, CFSR).
• Strong EVM, EACs, FP&A knowledge and ability to forecast finances.
• Experience interfacing with multiple functional disciplines and presenting briefings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-plus contractual EVM program controls.
• Lead and mentor peers on financial data analysis and EACs.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision making with stakeholders.
• Support financial planning aspects (LRP, AOP, working capital, monthly reporting).
• Evaluate growth opportunities and contribute to Gate 4 proposals.
