Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) seeks a program financial analyst onsite in El Segundo to prepare and analyze cost and schedule data for DoD programs. You will support earned value management, monthly forecasts, and IPMDAR reporting, coordinating with program teams and management to ensure accurate financial visibility.

The role requires a university degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP and PMX are preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and related functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required since only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly cost and program performance reports, including Earned Value reporting and LREs.
• Support EVM cadence and IPMDAR external reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) per program processes.
• Perform financial and program performance analysis to support variance reporting.
• Assist Program Managers and IPTLs with ad hoc financial and program analysis.
• Prepare and submit monthly Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) per IPMDAR schedules.
• Support monthly forecast process by coordinating forecast updates with stakeholders and updating Rplan.
• Analyze cost, schedule, budget, actual, forecast, and Earned Value data for management reporting.
• Coordinate financial information and forecast updates with program management and functional organizations.
