The role ensures cost, schedule, and performance integrity across a cost-reimbursable contract, requiring strong EVM mastery and clear communication with leadership and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program finance or EVM, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and experience forecasting financials.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in related field.
• Prior program finance, cost analysis, or EVM roles supporting large defense or aerospace programs.
• U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Understanding of EVMS principles, FAR/DFARS requirements, and EIA-748 guidelines.
• Experience with generating accurate sales and financial forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAM reviews (metric, staffing, timephasing, etc).
• Update, at least monthly, performance metrics and utilize validity checks to verify data.
• Craft clear and concise variance explanations.
• Reconcile EV data with accounting book of record.
• Change management – disposition baseline change requests and update contract log.
• Track incremental funding and advise contract manager.
• Prepare quarterly EAC presentations and annual comprehensive EAC presentations.
• Participate in earned value surveillance internally and externally.
• Determine rate change impacts and effect on gross margin.
• Travel up to 10%.
