Job summary

Hamilton Lane seeks a Principal‑level U.S. Account Execution to lead the operational framework for evergreen funds.

You will oversee complex structures, transfer agency relationships, and investor servicing across the US, partnering with Sales, Product, Legal, and Compliance to support existing funds and launch new products. The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, process improvements, and scalable operating models in a regulated investment environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• More than 10 years in fund operations, transfer agency, investor servicing or private wealth/alternative investments.
• Deep understanding of evergreen and interval fund structures and onboarding.
• Experience with complex legal structures and multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead evergreen fund operations including feeder/master structures and transfer agency relationships.
• Oversee subscription and redemption cycles and monthly flow reporting.
• Coordinate product launches and scalable operational processes for new structures.
• Provide centralized operations leadership across Product, Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, and Sales.
• Build scalable operating models and drive process improvements for growth.
