Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Closed End Fund Administrator to support daily financial, operational and compliance activities for funds and related investment products. You will coordinate fund operations, financial reporting, audits and regulatory compliance as a key liaison among fund stakeholders and service providers.

The role emphasizes detail orientation in fund administration, accounting and client relationship management, with a path to growth within a large financial services organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day financial and compliance operations of mutual fund, ETF, closed-end fund and/or BDC client.
• Primary contact with fund clients including coordination with investment advisors, custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, attorneys and auditors.
• Duties may include monitoring fund budgets and expense activity based on agreements and fee proposals.
• Help prepare and/or review financial statements and test portfolio compliance with SEC/GAAP reporting requirements.
