Qualifications

• Requires college degree and 6–10 years of experience in Financial Services or private equity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting and reconciliation for complex fund structures and key client relationships with accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze fund financial statements and investment activity to identify performance drivers.
• Support Evergreen fund operations and investor data requests.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Investment, Research, Reporting, Legal, and Product teams.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates, providing feedback and development guidance.
• Drive internal controls, processes, and regulatory compliance improvements.
