Job summary

Hamilton Lane Incorporated is seeking a Principal-level U.S. Account Execution to lead the operational framework for evergreen funds. You will oversee complex fund structures, transfer agency relationships, and investor servicing across the lifecycle, coordinating with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams.

You will drive onboarding of investors and distributors, manage regulatory processes, and partner on new initiatives and product launches to scale the evergreen platform globally.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of experience in fund operations, transfer agency, investor servicing, and private wealth/alternative investment operations.
• Deep understanding of evergreen and interval fund structures, subscription and redemption processes, and distributor/platform onboarding.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across complex legal structures, multiple jurisdictions, and third-party service provider relationships.
• Existing relationships across the industry with transfer agents, digital platforms, broker dealers and other asset managers.
• Experience leading operational buildouts, process enhancements, and new product launches in a regulated investment environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead evergreen fund operations, including complex structures, feeder/master/holding entities, and administrator relationships.
• Oversee subscription/redemption cycles and monthly flow reporting; coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Own senior-level transfer agency relationships and investor servicing; oversee onboarding of investors and distributors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on new evergreen initiatives, structures, and product launches; support onboarding of new relationship types.
• Act as central operations partner to Product Development, Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, Portfolio Management, Sales; identify process improvements and scalable operating models.
