• Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Experience independently driving projects from planning through execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and execution of sponsored events, conferences, and related initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, deadlines, and status updates across multiple concurrent events.
• Coordinate event materials, including production, ordering, shipping, delivery, setup, and installation.
• Provide onsite event support as needed, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring successful execution.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and outstanding decisions and drive them toward resolution.
• Coordinate contracting and other administrative steps associated with event participation.
• Track critical deadlines and ensure decisions and deliverables remain on schedule.
