Job summary

Aescape is seeking an experienced Events Project Manager (Contract) to lead end-to-end project management and execution of 6 to 8 events scheduled between now and year-end. You will act as the central operational hub—liaising with third-party event management companies, managing event budgets, travel logistics, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of assets and materials.

You will coordinate internal cross-functional deliverables with Sales, Marketing, and Product, build and maintain event

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of event project management experience.
• Hands-on experience building event timelines and negotiating vendor contracts.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, POs, and expense reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage 6–8 events end-to-end within 3 months, including timelines and deliverables.
• Liaise with external event production companies, venues, and agencies.
• Coordinate flight, hotel, and local transportation for attendees.
• Organize assets, booth materials, and digital assets for shows.
• Lead post-event reconciliation, lead hand-off to revenue teams.
