Etherio seeks a Director of Events to lead and optimize large-scale client meetings and events. You will manage budgets, oversee planning teams, and collaborate with venues and vendors to ensure flawless execution while maintaining compliance with policies and client requirements.

Role demands 8+ years in meetings or hospitality, strong leadership and communication, and a forward-thinking, results-driven mindset. Hybrid in-office and travel expectations apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• CMP or CMM designation preferred.
• 8+ years of meeting management or hospitality management experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strategic decision-making ability.
• Strong project and team management skills.
• Forward-thinking approach.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage large-scale client meetings/events/conferences.
• Oversee planning team and ensure deadlines and SOP adherence.
• Manage event budgets and report updates to clients monthly.
• Coordinate with venue, AV, and other partners to align all teams.
• Develop forward-thinking strategies to deliver best-in-class client events.
• Oversee attendee journey and event execution.
