Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in corporate event planning or project management.
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program stakeholders to execute signature Students & Grads Program Events (Experience Weeks, Onboarding, Graduation) including catering, swag, and hotel room blocks.
• Manage program budgets, including tracking, forecasting, and auditing information.
• Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance the associate experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures through monitoring and coaching.
• Coordinate ongoing campus hire and internship trainings and communications.
• Manage program communications through calendars, Google Site, mailbox, newsletter and Slack.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Maintain upkeep of Google Drives and Google Sites spaces.
