Job summary

FAR.AI seeks a Senior Project Manager, Events to bring structure, momentum, and visibility to a growing portfolio of events. You will coordinate complex work across multiple events, ensuring deadlines are met and dependencies are managed with clear communication.

You will enable teams, manage logistics end-to-end, and surface risks early to keep an active events calendar running smoothly. This role focuses on event project management, logistics, and production, not content strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience managing large-scale or high-complexity events from start to finish.
• Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of events concurrently.
• Ability to hold a large amount of detail across multiple workstreams and communicate clearly.
• Comfort with a fast pace and heavy workload.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning and delivery for multiple events running concurrently.
• Move between events at different stages without losing quality.
• Manage logistics: venue, vendors, invitations, budget, and on-site execution.
• Make real-time resourcing and sequencing decisions as needs change.
• Coordinate with teams to map timelines and prevent cracks in planning.
