Job summary

CyberRisk Alliance, LLC invites an experienced Event Operations Manager to join the Event Operations team in NYC/Remote. You will source, contract, plan and execute live and digital events for the Communities division, coordinating with sales, marketing, content and leadership to ensure precise, high-quality execution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of event management experience and strong organizational, communication, and budget skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event management and production experience.
• Experience in hotel BEOs, contracts, room blocks and AV orders.
• Venue contract negotiation experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with high efficiency.
• Strategic, collaborative, solution-oriented mindset; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of regional in-person events.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Source, negotiate and manage venues, vendors and sponsors.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, content and leadership on objectives and messaging.
• Own budgets, track expenses and optimize ROI.
• Oversee on-site operations: setup, registration, staffing, troubleshooting.
• Create engaging attendee experiences and measure KPIs.
• Refine processes and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
