CyberRisk Alliance is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to source, plan, and execute live and digital events for the Communities division. You will work with sales, marketing, content, and leadership to deliver precise, high-impact experiences in NYC and remote settings.

You will own end-to-end event planning, budgets, vendor contracts, venue relations, and on-site execution while tracking KPIs and ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event management and production experience.
• Experience with BEOs, contracts, room blocks, and AV orders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of regional events (in-person) aligned with goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; meet milestones.
• Source, negotiate, and manage venues, vendors, sponsors, and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and leadership to set objectives and KPIs.
• Own budgets, track expenses, and optimize ROI.
• Oversee on-site operations including setup, registration, staffing.
• Design engaging attendee experiences and measure outcomes with KPIs.
• Refine event processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Travel up to 25% annually.
