Job summary

Highway is seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead the event lifecycle and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our freight tech platforms. You will report to the SVP, Marketing and work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer experience, and content teams in a fast-paced, B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience with tradeshow, customer facing events, and webinar management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Zoom Webinars, HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com highly preferred.
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly and ensure a seamless event experience pre, during and post events.
• Self-motivated and collaborative, able to work independently and autonomously while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute customer-facing events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences with the SVP, Marketing.
• Oversee User Summit pre-planning, organization, execution, and ROI tracking.
• Plan in-person and virtual events: logistics, promotions, and speaker coordination with stakeholders.
• Secure speaking engagements; brief speakers with audience-tailored messaging.
• Manage event communications from pre-promo to post-event follow-ups.
• Create event content: presentations, emails, social posts, landing pages.
• Lead webinar strategy: topics, speakers, and audience engagement.
• Analyze event performance and provide KPI-driven insights.
