Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Senior Global Trade Shows & Industry Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a global events portfolio. You will partner with regional stakeholders to define objectives, manage budgets, and ensure successful on-site execution of trade shows and customer events.

The role requires 7+ years in event marketing, strong project management, and excellent communication with senior leaders. It offers a challenging, collaborative environment with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, event management or similar (required)
• 7+ years of proven experience in trade shows, event marketing, and customer events (required)
• Strong project management, organizational, and budget management skills
• Experience working with exhibit houses, venues, hotels, and international suppliers
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management; ability to interact with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Global Event Portfolio Management: oversee events portfolio including trade shows, sponsorships, and customer events; manage timelines, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: coordinate with regional offices, venues, hotels, vendors and external event organizers; ensure alignment with goals, budget, and timeline.
• Sponsorship & Customer Engagement: manage activations, branding opportunities, speaking engagements, networking events, and hospitality functions.
• Event metrics & reporting: collect and analyze attendance, leads, engagement, sponsorship results and costs; develop leadership-ready reports.
• Annual planning & budgeting: assist with forecasting, budgeting, prioritization for domestic and international programs.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize future events and investments.
• Comply with policies; perform other duties as assigned
• Wage range noted in posting: $92,700-$139,060; varies by geography and experience
