Job summary

Highway App, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead the lifecycle and execution of marketing events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

You will strategize with the SVP of Marketing, manage in-person and virtual events, webinars, tradeshows, and conferences, coordinating with product, sales, and content teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience with tradeshow, customer-facing events, and webinar management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience with Zoom Webinars, HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the SVP, Marketing to strategize and execute customer-facing events, tradeshows, webinars, and conferences.
• Oversee Highway’s User Summit from pre-planning to ROI tracking.
• Plan and manage in-person and virtual events, including logistics and speaker coordination.
• Secure speaking engagements and brief speakers with key messaging.
• Oversee event communications from pre-event promotions to post-event follow-ups.
• Strategize and create event content, including presentations and landing pages.
• Lead webinar strategy, topics, speakers, and audience engagement.
• Analyze event performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
