Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an experienced Events & Brand Experience Manager to lead bold tradeshow, exhibit, and activation programs from concept to delivery. Based in North Dallas with hybrid work, you will partner across Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Operations to create high-impact brand experiences that align with company goals.

You will drive budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site execution while delivering data-driven results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Event Management experience including hands-on tradeshow/activation work.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events from concept to completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and logistics under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of tradeshow, exhibit programs, VIP and customer experiences, and leadership events.
• Act as events producer to manage booth strategy, design, build coordination, logistics, onsite management and teardown.
• Conceptualize activations and experiential events beyond standard formats.
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and T&E for events.
• Work with marketing, creative, and sales to align event initiatives with business goals.
• Establish KPIs and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
• Prepare event briefs, debriefs, and financial reporting.
