Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking an experienced Events Senior Manager to lead the planning and execution of Firmwide events, including in-person and hybrid formats. You will partner with leaders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution that reflects the firm’s brand and culture.

Responsibilities include developing detailed event plans, managing budgets, evaluating ROI, and overseeing on-site and post-event activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in event planning and on-site implementation.
• CMP certification preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex events.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficient with Cvent and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate logistics of Firmwide events, in-person and hybrid.
• Develop detailed processes and project plans for large events.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage budgets.
• Oversee on-site support and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and internal teams.
