Job summary

Westfield is seeking a Senior Event Planner to own end-to-end planning, design, and execution of high-impact events at headquarters and off-site venues. You will partner with business units and senior leadership to shape event strategy, elevate engagement, and align with business goals.

You will lead multi-day, complex events, coach junior planners, manage budgets and vendors, build registration and reporting tools, and provide on-site leadership to ensure flawless attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Event Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Event Management or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of complex, high-profile or multi-day events.
• Develop event programs, schedules, and content experiences that engage participants and support business goals.
• Serve as the primary on-site lead, overseeing operations, staff, vendors, and real-time decisions.
• Builds and manages online registration websites and reporting dashboards for event performance, attendee data, and post-event analytics.
• Reviews survey results to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
