Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking an Events Senior Manager to lead and coordinate logistics for Firmwide events delivered in person and in hybrid formats. The role partners with leaders and external vendors to produce flawless, high-impact experiences that reflect the Firm’s brand.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in event planning, strong budget management, vendor and contract oversight, and expertise with event technology such as Cvent. A CMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of event planning and on-site implementation experience.
• Ability to manage projects for up to 600 participants.
• CMP certification preferred.
• Strong vendor and contract management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accessibility, health and safety best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Cvent.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics for Firmwide events in person and hybrid formats.
• Develop detailed processes and project plans for complex events.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage locations.
• Oversee event technology platforms (Cvent) for registration and engagement.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate billing and cost reporting.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event communications with leadership and participants.
• Analyze post-event feedback and ROI to improve future events.
• Develop risk management and contingency plans.
