You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and event technology (Cvent), ensuring flawless execution and a high-impact participant experience across all offices. Remote work options are available, with strong focus on brand reflection and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of event planning and on-site implementation.
• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Firmwide events, including logistics and site selections.
• Manage hybrid and in-person events with vendors, venues, and tech.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event analysis.
