Job summary

SantaFe Qatar is seeking a seasoned events professional to lead end-to-end event planning and execution. This role requires managing timelines, budgets, and delivery while coordinating creative, logistical, vendor, and venue partners to meet objectives.

You will maintain client relationships, pursue new sponsorship opportunities, and ensure QHSE and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in event planning/staging.
• Experience managing and developing various types of events.
• Experience with obtaining events sponsorship.
• Good communication and excellent English writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation).
• Good working knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic working environment, handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage event planning, execution, timelines, budgets, and delivery.
• Oversee creative, logistical, vendor, venue, and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop innovative events aligned with objectives and budgets.
• Manage event teams, resources, and external partners.
