• Minimum of five years of large-scale event planning experience.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Owns events project plans and production schedules, ensuring milestones and responsibilities are clearly defined and completed on schedule.
• Oversees vendors and production partners to align with scope, vision, and attendee experience.
• Manages speaker contracts and talent buying for assigned events.
• Leads planning, production, and execution of large-scale events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate audiovisual, lighting, staging, and technical production with vendors.
• Develop and maintain event standards, processes, templates, and documentation.
