Job summary

Keller Executive Search is partnering with a prominent live-events company to hire a Senior Marketing Manager. The role is hands-on and requires leading the marketing team from strategy through post-event reporting, across creative, advertising, media buying, brand management, and sponsorship support.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will optimize workflows, own campaigns, manage budgets, and coordinate with promoters and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Approximately ten years of progressively responsible marketing experience in venue marketing or live entertainment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Proven direct people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing team with regular evaluations.
• Oversee creative, advertising, and brand activities for facilities, events, and campaigns.
• Lead major event marketing campaigns including strategy, budget allocation and reporting.
• Direct media buying across TV, OTT, radio, OOH, digital, and print with tracking.
• Review and approve campaigns, collateral, and content for quality and alignment.
• Manage the Marketing Department budget and allocate funds as needed.
• Coordinate communications strategy and local media relationships.
• Oversee externals: agencies, vendors, and partners for project delivery.
