Hilton is seeking a Task Force Senior Event Manager to oversee complex events, from planning to execution, while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will lead creative menu design, drive revenue through catering programs, and act as the primary client contact for proactive issue resolution and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Grow catering and events market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business.
• Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business.
• Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience.
• Execute complex events: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience.
• Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service.
