Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of executive event management or large-scale venue operations.
• Experience managing executive-level conferences and complex events.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise event systems (25Live, Cvent, Social Tables).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for executive-level conferences.
• Lead development and implementation of event management standards and SOPs.
• Serve as senior advisor on event strategy, logistics, and execution.
• Establish performance metrics and client experience benchmarks.
• Lead post-event evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee on-site supervision of staff during events.
• Develop run-of-show standards and readiness protocols.
• Drive automation and analytics to improve service delivery.
