Job summary

Augeo is seeking an Event Technology Manager to own delivery for client engagements from start to finish, building project plans, configuring platforms, and maintaining the schedule. You will be the day-to-day client contact, so strong PM instincts and clear communication matter as much as the technical work.

Primary platform is Cvent, with RainFocus and Swoogo as a plus. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams, travel as needed, and collaborate with contractors to ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event technology delivery experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Cvent experience; Cvent certification strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of RainFocus and Swoogo a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple timelines and priorities.
• Comfortable as the primary client contact and with budget tracking.
• PM certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) a plus.
• Able to travel for client engagements; travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day to day client contact, running status calls and sharing timeline updates.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risk, and elevate proactively when things slip.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting.
• Reconcile invoices and keep budget tracking accurate for your engagement.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal specialists to keep builds on schedule.

• Candidates must be able to work core hours in the Central time zone. Travel is required for this role to support client engagements.

Candidates must be based in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin. Candidates local to an Augeo office are expected to work a hybrid schedule. Candidates outside commuting distance of an Augeo office may work remotely.
