Encore seeks a Director, Event Technology II in Frisco, TX to steer revenue goals for assigned location(s) and lead a team delivering World-Class service. You will manage venue relationships, profitability, and continuous improvement while guiding operations, sales collaboration, and on-site technical excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and high-performance culture with strong focus on profitability and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years of operations/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.

Mansioni

• Drive profitable operation with focus on revenue maximization and cost control.
• Manage location P&L and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
• Oversee daily floor operations, scheduling, and equipment setups.
• Collaborate with regional sales to maximize revenue per event and deliver quotes/proposals.
• Deliver World-Class Service by maintaining relationships with customers and venue personnel.
• Act as on-site technical expert and guide technicians to resolve equipment issues.
