Job summary

You will manage a revenue range of $900k–$3.75M for the location, drive operational excellence, oversee scheduling, equipment, billing, and client satisfaction, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years of operations/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live show environment.
• Proficiency with computer hardware.
• Proficiency with computer software and programs, including the Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Effective leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Manage venue revenues and profitability for the location(s).
• Oversee daily floor operations, scheduling, and equipment setups.
• Collaborate with sales to maximize per-event revenue and create compelling proposals.
• Maintain world-class service by building relationships with clients and venue staff.
• Develop and coach team members to ensure quality event execution.
• Ensure billing, forecasting, and reporting are accurate and timely.
• Adhere to company procedures and safety standards during events.
