Qualifications

• 3+ years in AV or event technology.
• Leadership experience in managing a team.
• Hospitality background preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and work-management tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Event Technology team to deliver flawless AV, lighting, and conferencing experiences.
• Oversee department operations ensuring top-notch guest experiences and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to deliver seamless event technology solutions on time and within budget.
• Manage labor, equipment, and supply costs while driving revenue through smart tech initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and execute all AV and event technology setups for guests.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and manage shipments for smooth event execution.
