Job summary

Opus Agency is seeking a Sr. Event Technology Project Manager to lead on-site and remote event technology and registration efforts for marquee events with 10,000+ attendees.

You will partner with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to scope, build, launch, and support digital event experiences across registration platforms, mobile apps, and content management. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, budget awareness, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant role, with strong preference for corporate events.
• Experience with Rainfocus, Swoogo, Stova, Cvent, Eventbase, Airtable.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year institution preferred.
• Supervisor experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors for event technology and registration workstreams.
• Lead small to mid-sized events with exclusive tech/registration services.
• Represent Opus workstreams to clients as team lead.
• Oversee tasks on multiple concurrent projects across event types.
• Develop, maintain, and drive workback schedules.
• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of attendee-facing tech projects (websites, apps, scheduling).
• Demonstrate proficiency in digital platforms; advise on configuration best practices.
